Group Healing Meditation Group

This year, 2022, is all about uniting and sharing. The past few years there has been a real focus on self healing, and this is now shifting. We need to come together to find how truly powerful we can be, in healing both ourselves and others. I have been guided to hold this group to explore this through meditation and intention.

The group healings involve meditation, intuition connection and learning to hold space for others. We combine our intentions for powerful individual and group healing. I guide you through everything, no prior experience with meditation needed or with any energetic healing practices.  All are welcome.

There will be time at the end to enjoy some herbal tea or chai and a treat, share and connect with one another.
