The accommodation is in a beautiful resort, and group activities and meals will take place in a nearby hall, as well as in stunning locations in nature. Everywhere you need to be is only a 15 minute walk or short drive.

Booking Terms and Conditions - Sunshine Coast Reiki Retreat

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your retreat with Sunshine Coast Reiki. By purchasing a ticket for the retreat, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

Event Will Go Ahead in All Weather:

1. Our retreat is designed to provide a transformative experience regardless of weather conditions. Therefore, the event will proceed as scheduled regardless of rain or other adverse weather conditions.

Ticket Refund Policy:

2. All retreat tickets are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: a. If the retreat is canceled by Sunshine Coast Reiki for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. b. In the event of a participant's inability to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notification to Sunshine Coast Reiki. 

Participant Responsibilities:

3. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat location, and between venues during the retreat.

1. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date so that we can make necessary arrangements for your meals.
2. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time for all scheduled retreat activities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Health and Safety:

4. Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to engage in retreat activities. Sunshine Coast Reiki is not responsible for any injuries or medical issues that may arise during the retreat.

1. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. Sunshine Coast Reiki is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

Liability Waiver:

5. By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in activities such as yoga, Reiki, and outdoor excursions. Participants agree to release Sunshine Coast Reiki, its organizers, and instructors from any liability in the event of injury or harm.

Photography and Media Consent:

6. Sunshine Coast Reiki may photograph or record portions of the retreat for promotional or educational purposes. By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials.

Changes to Retreat Schedule:

7. While we make every effort to adhere to the published retreat schedule, Sunshine Coast Reiki reserves the right to make necessary changes or modifications to the program if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Cancellation by the Organizer:

8. In the unlikely event that Sunshine Coast Reiki must cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances), all ticket holders will be promptly notified, and full refunds will be issued.
