In-Person Energy Session

Service Description

This is a personalised 1:1 energy session, blending Reiki (Usui, Holy Fire & Seichim), multidimensional energy work, channelling, Light Language, NLP, and soul guidance. The intention of every session is always for you to receive exactly what you need for your greatest and highest good. You may also have a clear intention you come with - eg something has been bothering you and you can't seem to move past it/let go of it/forgive what has happened. Or you may simply feel called to come for a session and are open to whatever happens. What to expect: I welcome you into my beautiful space overlooking the water in Wurtulla. Essential oils and high frequency music chosen specifically for you take you quickly into a relaxed state as you lie, fully clothed, on your back on the treatment table, cushioned by the softest and cosiest blankets. It's then time to go on a journey, dictated by your intention for the session. You may experience:

 ✨ An energetic activation, with new codes and frequencies streaming in
 ✨ Emotional liberation – a powerful process of releasing emotion, inner child healing, and forgiving the past ✨ Past life journeying or multidimensional healing

 We close the session gently, with space to reflect and pull cards together, anchoring any messages or guidance that want to come through for you. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to yourself. These sessions can bring up emotions or subtle shifts that continue to integrate after you leave. I always recommend allowing yourself some time to ground afterwards - a walk is a great way to do this. Journalling about your experience helps to process what has come up, and nourishing yourself with plenty of water, wholesome food, time in nature, a swim or a bath is always beneficial in keeping your energy clear and flowing.
