Are you ready to take your healing into your own hands? Learn Usui Reiki Level 1 in this one day course. Whether you want this for personal healing, you are a practitioner wanting to expand your skillset or you wish to become one, at the end of this course you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and others. Included in the course: 4 x Attunements to open your energy channels What Reiki is and the benefits of it Energy basics History and Principles of Reiki The Chakra system How to protect your energy How to connect to your intuition How to give Reiki to yourself and others Practice time Snacks, herbal teas and light lunch Reiki Level 1 Manual A certificate of completion (given on the day) Facebook support group BONUS 2 x meditation groups (weekly, Wednesday evenings) Why learn Reiki? For me, learning Reiki changed my life. I had no intention when I did the course to become a practitioner, I was just curious about it and I had seen a huge change in friends who had done this course. After I learned it, it really felt like a switch was flipped, that my world went from dark to light. Like a heaviness had lifted. I was able to release so many self-limiting beliefs and behaviours. I had true feelings of love, gratitude and joy. It is my absolute honour and privilege to now share this with others. Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things can change beyond our control. If you need to reschedule your booking please give as much notice as possible. Your session will be transferred to a suitable day and time. I value my commitment to you and I ask that you value that commitment to yourself, and as such bookings are non refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment more than twice, payment may be forfeited.
