Yin + Energy Healing

Service Description

A deeply restorative somatic healing experience designed to support the release of stored stress, emotional tension and stagnant energy held within the body. This session combines supported yin yoga postures with intuitive energy healing modalities including Reiki, Seichim, Light Language, and guided meditation. Unlike more active movement practices, yin invites the body into stillness for longer periods of time, gently opening the fascia, meridians and deeper layers of the body where emotions, tension and energetic imprints can often be held. As awareness is brought into these areas through the postures, the body has the opportunity to reveal what has been sitting beneath the surface, physically, emotionally and energetically. The energy work woven throughout the session helps support the movement, softening and processing of what arises, creating space for deeper regulation, release, insight and reconnection. Sessions are available as a private 1:1 experience or shared with a friend or loved one in a grounded and supportive space. The price is the same for either option ($199 solo or $199 total for two people). No previous yoga experience is needed. This is not like an active or fitness-based yoga class, but a slow and grounding practice focused on stillness, awareness and nervous system support. Most postures are floor-based and gently supported with props, allowing the body to soften and settle comfortably while each pose is held for several minutes. This slower pace helps bring awareness to areas of tension, emotion or stagnant energy held within the body, creating the opportunity for deeper somatic and energetic release. Energy healing is still the overall intention of this session. Yin is generally suitable for all bodies and flexibility levels, with the focus being on presence, sensation and receiving rather than performance.
