So, you want to learn Reiki

Maybe it's a clear knowing. Maybe it's something that you've denied and tried to ignore, and yet it keeps popping up. Maybe you have learned in the past, but feel there is more to be discovered. Reiki calls to us for different reasons, but it is often this persistent, undeniable feeling - there is something here for me.

The Reiki pathway is divided into levels. Each level builds on the next, offering tools, energetic attunements, and integration time to support deep embodiment of the teachings.

The beginning of the Reiki journey!

This is where you are opened as a Reiki channel through 4 processes known as attunements (or traditionally, Reiju).

Level 1 theory covers the history of Reiki, explains what Reiki is, how it works, how we can work with it and what it allows us to do, the principles of Reiki and the pillars of Reiki.

The way I deliver level 1 is designed for you to receive the most you possibly can from this experience. There is time for the information to be absorbed, for the attunements to integrate, for you to start practicing the teachings and be supported with any questions or issues that arise as you do.

This style of delivery also allows me to share other supportive modalities with you, making this is a true path of healing and transformation.

I utilise light language, guided journeys and coaching to help navigate resistance and move through limiting beliefs and fears, to help open new pathways of personal growth, spiritual development and healing.

Week 1 - delivered live online 1.5-2 hours

Channelling preparation & group clearing (energetic process using Light Language and Reiki)

Week 2 - delivered live online 1.5-2 hours

History of Reiki & Importance of Lineage
Understanding frequency/vibration
Principles of Reiki - explored through an experiential process (embodied practice rather than just learned content)
1st Attunement

Week 3 - delivered live online 1.5-2 hours

Intuition - difference between intuition and ego, developing intuition, tapping into psychic senses
Meditation to meet guides

Level 2 Reiki

traditionally called Okuden

Reiki level 2 follows on from level 1. Together they form the foundation of what Reiki is and what it allows us to do.

Reiki level 1 is the opening to the energy. Your body needs time to integrate the energetic shifts that occur from the initial attunements, and give you time to experience what Reiki feels like. Level 2 then introduces symbols and processes to empower you to more intentionally work with the energy.
